Privacy Policy — VSX7

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 21, 2026

This template is a starting point for VSX7's privacy practices. It is not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a Texas-licensed attorney, particularly before running paid ads or SMS/voice AI campaigns for clients in states with their own privacy laws.

VSX7 ("VSX7," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Fort Worth, Texas, provides marketing, website, AI reception, and automation services to businesses ("Clients") and, in doing so, may handle information about Clients' own customers and leads ("End Users"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Who This Policy Covers

This Policy applies to:

  • Visitors to VSX7's own website and marketing pages.
  • Clients who purchase VSX7's services (the Foundation, Growth, and Scale packages, or any custom engagement).
  • End Users who interact with systems VSX7 builds and operates on a Client's behalf — for example, a website contact form, an AI receptionist, booking system, or SMS/text-back automation deployed for that Client's business.

Where VSX7 is processing End User data on behalf of a Client, VSX7 acts as a service provider / data processor for that Client, who remains responsible for its own privacy notices to its customers.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information Clients Provide

  • Business name, contact name, email, phone, and billing information.
  • Brand assets, logins, and account access needed to build and operate services (e.g., ad accounts, domain/hosting, CRM).
  • Payment information, processed through Stripe (VSX7 does not store full card numbers).

2.2 Information Collected Through Client Systems

  • Name, phone number, email, and messages submitted through websites, booking forms, or chat widgets VSX7 builds for a Client.
  • Call recordings, transcripts, or summaries generated by AI receptionist / voice automation, where enabled for that Client.
  • SMS/text message content exchanged through missed-call text-back or follow-up automations.
  • Appointment, booking, and CRM activity data.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

  • Standard website analytics (pages visited, device/browser type, approximate location, referral source) via tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel, where installed.

3. How We Use Information

  • To build, operate, and support the services purchased by Clients (websites, AI reception, booking, automation, ad management).
  • To bill and collect payment for services.
  • To communicate with Clients about their account, deliverables, and support requests.
  • To improve VSX7's own services, templates, and internal tooling.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

VSX7 does not sell personal information. VSX7 does not use End User data collected on behalf of a Client for VSX7's own independent marketing without that Client's authorization.

4. AI Receptionist and Voice/SMS Automation

Where a Client enables AI-powered call answering, booking, or text-back automation, calls and messages may be recorded, transcribed, and processed by third-party AI and telephony providers (for example, voice AI and messaging platforms integrated with the Client's CRM) in order to answer questions, schedule appointments, and route follow-up. Clients are responsible for providing any call-recording or consent disclosures required by the laws of the states in which they operate.

5. How We Share Information

VSX7 shares information only as needed to deliver services:

  • With the Client whose systems generated the data (e.g., a lead's info goes to that business's CRM).
  • With infrastructure and processing partners such as GoHighLevel (CRM/automation), Stripe (payments), Meta and Google (advertising platforms), and AI voice/automation providers, solely to operate the contracted services.
  • When required by law, legal process, or to protect VSX7's or a Client's rights and safety.

VSX7 does not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

6. Data Retention

VSX7 retains information for as long as needed to provide services to the applicable Client and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution needs, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

7. Your Choices

  • End Users may opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP, and may request removal of their information by contacting the business they interacted with directly, or VSX7 at the contact below.
  • Clients may request export or deletion of their account data upon termination of services, subject to the retention needs described above.

8. Security

VSX7 uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, including relying on reputable, secure third-party platforms (GoHighLevel, Stripe, etc.) for storage and payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and VSX7 cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

VSX7's services are intended for businesses and their adult customers. VSX7 does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

VSX7 may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated Effective Date above, and, where appropriate, communicated to active Clients directly.

11. Contact

Questions about this Privacy Policy, or requests regarding your information, can be directed to VSX7 at the contact information provided on your invoice, service agreement, or the VSX7 website.
